1. Introduction
Managed Health 4 All (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2008/008319/07) (“MH4All”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable South African laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process and protect your personal and health-related information when you use:
- The MH4All mobile application;
- The MH4All website (www.managedhealth4all.co.za);
- Associated wellness services; and
- Integrated e-commerce functionality.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Platform is developed and operated under the clinical direction of Dr Kevin Scheepers (HPCSA No. MP0350389 | Practice No. 1524313).
3. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
Personal Information
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Contact information (email address, telephone number)
- Login credentials
Health and Wellness Information
- Height and weight
- BMI calculations (automatically generated within the Platform)
- Lifestyle and exercise information
- Wellness questionnaire responses
- Laboratory test results (imported from participating laboratories with your consent)
- Nutritional and supplement preferences
Technical Information
- Device information and operating system
- IP address
- App usage analytics
- Login history
Transaction Information
- Purchase history
- Shopify transaction details
- Order fulfilment information
Payment card information is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is not stored by MH4All unless expressly stated.
4. Special Personal Information
Certain information processed by MH4All constitutes “special personal information” under POPIA, specifically health and laboratory information. We process this information only with your express consent and in accordance with section 32 of POPIA, which permits sharing of patient health information with healthcare practitioners who treat or administer those patients.
By using the Platform and authorising the import of laboratory data, you expressly consent to the processing of this information for:
- Wellness support and laboratory interpretation;
- Nutritional and supplement guidance;
- Platform functionality and related services; and
- Integration with participating laboratories, including Ampath Laboratories (Pty) Ltd, pursuant to a Data Processing and Integration Agreement.
5. How We Collect Information
Information may be collected:
- Directly from you during registration and onboarding;
- Through wellness questionnaires completed on the Platform;
- Through laboratory integrations (with your consent), including from Ampath Laboratories (Pty) Ltd;
- Through Shopify purchases;
- Through app and website usage analytics; and
- Through communications with us.
6. Purpose of Processing
We process your information to:
- Provide wellness-related services and display laboratory information;
- Generate wellness-oriented recommendations and educational content;
- Calculate biometric data such as BMI;
- Process supplement purchases and manage order fulfilment;
- Send push notifications, wellness reminders and supplement reorder reminders;
- Improve user experience and Platform functionality;
- Communicate with you regarding your account and services;
- Comply with legal and professional obligations; and
- Maintain Platform security and integrity.
7. Medical Disclaimer
MH4All provides educational and wellness-support information only. The Platform does not diagnose disease, does not replace professional medical advice, and must not be relied upon for emergency medical care.
Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding symptoms, medical conditions, prescription medication, supplement interactions and treatment decisions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any supplement recommended through this Platform does not interact negatively with chronic prescription medication or aggravate any existing medical condition. MH4All expressly disclaims liability for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical history or failure to seek professional advice before commencing supplementation.
8. Laboratory Data and AMPATH Integration
Laboratory results may be imported into the Platform from participating laboratories, including Ampath Laboratories (Pty) Ltd, pursuant to a Data Processing and Integration Agreement concluded between MH4All and Ampath, and in compliance with section 32 of POPIA.
MH4All acts as the operator in respect of such laboratory data. Ampath remains the responsible party for the laboratory data it supplies. Laboratory data is processed solely for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
9. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Participating laboratories (including Ampath Laboratories (Pty) Ltd) in accordance with section 32 of POPIA;
- Secure hosting and IT platform service providers;
- Shopify and payment processors;
- Logistics and delivery providers; and
- Regulatory authorities or law enforcement where required by law.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. All third-party providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate security safeguards and to process personal information only in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal and health information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure or alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption where appropriate, and regular review of security practices.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information:
- For as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested;
- For legitimate business purposes; and
- As required by applicable law or professional medical record retention obligations.
You may request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and medical record retention requirements. Requests for deletion should be directed to drkevin@managedhealth.co.za.
12. User Rights
In accordance with POPIA, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information held by us;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Object to certain processing of your personal information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (www.justice.gov.za/inforeg/).

13. Marketing and Push Notifications
Users may receive:
- Push notifications and wellness reminders;
- Supplement reorder reminders (sent at intervals based on your purchase period);
- Blood test reminders (approximately every six months); and
- Educational content and updated meal or exercise information.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting your notification preferences within the App or by contacting us directly.
14. Cookies and Analytics
The website and App may use cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyse usage patterns and enhance your experience. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser or device settings.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including:
- Ampath Laboratories (Pty) Ltd (laboratory integration);
- Shopify (e-commerce and payment processing);
- Payment gateways; and
- External wellness and fitness resources.
MH4All is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform.
16. Children
MH4All is intended only for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
17. Cross-Border Processing
Certain service providers may process data outside the Republic of South Africa. Any such transfer will be subject to appropriate safeguards in compliance with section 72 of POPIA, and only to countries with equivalent or adequate data protection standards.
18. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
